Founders Building Hot Water system rennovation RFP

Description: The project is a turnkey replacement of the Founders Building’s existing electric tanked water heater with four Navien NPE-240A2 tankless units in the boiler room. It also requires maintaining kitchen hot-water service, modifying recirculation piping and pumps, insulating hot- and cold-water piping, and keeping hallways safely accessible while work is scheduled around classes. The contractor must obtain permits, coordinate inspections, provide the specified manufacturer warranties, and deliver redundancy so the remaining units continue supplying hot water if one unit is unavailable.
