Fossil Gas Related Technical Assistance (Request for Proposal)

Description: The goal of this task is to provide technical expertise to the CEC’s Natural Gas Unit on scenario modeling for fossil gas pipeline decommissioning (eg: non-pipeline alternatives) and for clean and renewable hydrogen and fuels derived from biomass. This analysis will comply with state clean energy laws and requirements as outlined in legislation, notably SB 1075, SB 100, SB 1221, and SB 423.
