Fort Hood Installation Custodial Services
The U.S. Army, through MICC Fort Hood, is soliciting HUBZone-set-aside custodial services for Fort Hood and the Belton Lake Outdoor Recreation Area, covering approximately 432 buildings and 3.65 million square feet. The contractor must provide management, supervision, personnel, supplies, materials, and equipment for basic one-, three-, five-, and seven-day services plus enhanced five-day services, with performance planned from January 1, 2027 through November 30, 2031 and options extending total performance to 84 months.
