AvailableProvide asbestos and lead abatement service. Services for the remediation is as follows: scrape the loose lead containing paint from the wall of the large store front windows, then paint wall with a white primer sealer. The area is approximately 60 square feet. Acceptable masonry primer sealers are: loxon concrete & masonry primer; drylok wet wall bonding primer; perma-crete interior/exterior acrylic masonry surface sealer; kilz premium primer; remove the half wall little door jamb. The half door has already been removed; remove the existing carpet, which resides on top of the vct flooring. Remove the vct flooring and the asbestos containing floor mastic in its entirety, approximately 160 sf. See attached file.
