Forensic Behavioral Health RFP

Description: The Department of Human Services / Office of Children and Families (City of Philadelphia) is soliciting qualified applicants to provide forensic behavioral health evaluations for child welfare–involved individuals and families. 'Forensic' refers to evaluations ordered by the court or likely to be submitted to the court; applicants may be individual clinicians, multi-practitioner practices, or agencies (private non-profit or for-profit), but not government agencies. The Department may select one or multiple applicants; submissions are due by 2026-07-15 at 5:00 PM local time.
