Food Waste Disposal - (Request for Quotation)

Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide food waste collection services. Food waste: the contractor shall empty food waste containers at least twice weekly. The contractor shall establish initial vehicle routes and collection schedules upon contract award and are to be submitted to the contracting officer (co) five (5) calendar days prior to start of contract performance. The contractor may propose adjustments to the schedule at any time but as a minimum, the contracting officer’s designated representative (cor) (quality assurance personnel) and contractor shall monitor fill capacities during the first 30 days of performance and during one other period, to be agreed upon, during the same performance period. No changes are allowed to the schedule or haul route without co or cor coordination. When the contractor completes service at a location there shall be no litter, waste, and recyclable material on the ground within a 10-foot radius of the container. See attached file.
