FMS Case EG-B-VQA RFP

Description: The U.S. Department of the Army, on behalf of the Government of Egypt under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case EG-B-VQA, has issued a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of night vision equipment. The requirement includes 310 AN/PVS-7B night vision devices, 8 spare image intensifier tubes, and 310 sets of NVD spare parts as detailed in the Statement of Work. The procurement is set aside 100% for small businesses and will result in a single Firm Fixed Price contract awarded under Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation procedures; proposals are due August 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT.
