FMC Devens - Water Treatment Services RFP

Description: Specific requirements: Routine Service: Scheduled service by a qualified representative must be conducted monthly. This equates to a minimum of 12 times per calendar year. The purpose of these service visits will be to prevent potential problems that will reduce equipment efficiency and/or result in equipment damage. All visits must be scheduled by the contractor in advance. Emergency Service: Response time for all emergency services shall not exceed four hours after notification on the same day.
