Description: The State of South Carolina is soliciting a fixed-price contract to provide for-hire observers to collect recreational discard data for snapper and grouper off the South Carolina coast. The selected vendor will be paid $300 per completed trip (maximum 15 trips per vessel per calendar year) under an estimated three-year contract (approximately July 2025–June 2028).
