Shaft Grounding Brush Assemblies.
The Naval Research Laboratory, operating under the Department of the Navy in Washington, DC, issued a Notice of Intent to award a sole-source purchase order for shaft grounding brush assemblies. The requirement is limited to Oxford Shaft Current Solutions because NRL identified it as the only responsible source, and the notice states that no solicitation package is available and that this is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties must submit clear and convincing evidence that competition would benefit the Government by August 20, 2026, at 1700 hours.
