Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Grant, a federally funded opportunity authorized by Title IV, Part B of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) (20 U.S.C. 7171-7176). Its purpose is to provide opportunities for communities to establish or expand activities in community learning centers. The program is designed to provide academically focused after-school opportunities, particularly to students who attend high-poverty, low-performing schools, to help them meet state and local performance standards in core academic subjects and to offer families of participating students opportunities for literacy and related educational development.

Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) invites industry to attend an in-person Fiscal Year 2026 Industry Day to present NNSY leadership briefings, a seven-year service requirement forecast, and break-out sessions for industry interaction. The event is scheduled for 18 February 2026 in the Hampton Roads area (venue to be provided once contracted) and each company may register up to three participants and request one table to showcase capabilities.
