Description: The Department of Homeland Security, through U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Procurement Directorate, is soliciting quotes for firing-range and classroom usage from a facility within 30 driving miles of the Area Port of Charleston. This 100% small-business-set-aside combined synopsis/solicitation is a commercial Request for Quotes with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, and award will consider technical capability, past performance, and price. Quotations must include a signed SF 18, a technical capability statement, and a Price Quote Form and must be submitted by email to Colin A. Colgan by the stated deadline.

The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS) issued IFB# C161865 to procure firing range utilization services for DOCCS Parole staff, including initial qualifications, pre-qualifications, and annual re-qualifications. To retain private and/or municipal firearms training facilities located throughout the commonwealth of Massachusetts to train, qualify and certify new recruits in firearms and rifles. The program is a 56-hour program that includes 40 hours on the range and 16 hours in a classroom. The MPTC is responsible for training approx., 24,000 law enforcement officers. Every law enforcement officer in the commonwealth is required to qualify annually in firearms/rifles to maintain their certificate.
