Firetown Village Subdivision - Infrastructure RFP

Description: The general project scope consists of the complete installation of the primary infrastructure to serve a 30 plus lot subdivision. The scope will consist of erosion control measures, complete clearing and grubbing of the entire property, rough grading of all lots, driveways and pipe culverts w/ concrete flared end sections, road installation to NCDOT standards, all support signage, road markings per NCDOT standards, potable water and sanitary sewer infrastructure, stormwater pond, tie into existing access roads, all road and any other items on the plans to allow for the construction of new homes on the property.
