Fire Alarm Upgrade and Smoke Detector Replacement

Description: The work consists of selective fire alarm device replacement serving multiple residential buildings across the site. The project generally includes replacement of existing smoke, carbon monoxide, combination smoke/CO, and heat detection devices within dwelling units, common areas, service spaces, crawlspaces, and other designated locations. Existing fire alarm control panels, annunciators, pull stations, notification appliances, remote power supplies, modules, interbuilding fiber, field wiring, raceways, and other existing system infrastructure are to remain in service unless specifically indicated otherwise. Work includes associated device installation, localized wiring and raceway modifications, protective or tamper-resistant hardware where indicated, programming, testing, and commissioning required for a complete and code-compliant installation.
