Fire Systems Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair At Terrell State Hospital RFP

Description: Fire systems inspection, maintenance, and repair. Inspections, maintenance, and testing of fire extinguishers and vent-a hoods, which include the annual fire extinguisher inspections and required maintenance when due at the terrell state hospital. Fire sprinklers systems and fire alarm system require service and inspection annually, semi-annually, and quarterly with documentation for all buildings, backflow devices, all tamper and flow switches, four (4) domestic backflow devices, fourteen (14) fire line backflow devices, fifty-five (55) rpz backflow devices, and three (3) hydrants. All inspections are in accordance with nfpa 25 2010 and all other applicable nfpa and joint commission and medicare standards.
