Description: Provide inspection, testing, and required annual maintenance services for fire suppression systems in approximately 5 to 8 buildings per year, depending on system installation, replacement, or acceptance dates and required inspection intervals. Fire suppression systems may include, but are not limited to: Conventional wet or dry pipe sprinkler systems; FM-220 clean agent fire suppression systems. Provide annual inspection and testing services for fire alarm systems in 16 buildings per year, depending on system installation, replacement, or acceptance dates and required inspection intervals.
