Fire Station 8 Security Fencing and Automated Gate Installation RFP

Description: Installation of perimeter security fencing (approx. 319 LF of 8' tall, galvanized chain link security fence with privacy slats); Installation of an automated vehicular access gate (approx. one 20' automated rolling vehicular gate); Installation of pedestrian access gates (approx. one pedestrian swing gate with panic hardware); Associated gate operators, controls, and safety devices; Electrical work necessary to support the automated gate system; Concrete footings, minor site preparation, and related restoration; Coordination of utility locating and avoidance; Testing, adjustment, and final commissioning of all installed systems; Removal and disposal of construction debris; and Restoration of disturbed areas to a condition acceptable to the city.
