Fire Station 3 Power Generator Replacement RFP

Description: The project generally consists of replacing the existing power generator system. Based on the engineer-provided estimate and drawings, work may include electrical demolition; furnishing and installing a new natural-gas generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS); furnishing and installing a load bank; new electrical feeder/conductors and associated connections; 143 LF saw cutting, patching, painting, and sealing; concrete pad work; testing, commissioning, and site cleanup. The complete scope, equipment ratings, installation requirements, and all inclusions/exclusions shall be as stated in the engineer’s final technical specifications and drawings attached to this RFB
