Fire Sprinkler System Installation and Pool Building Hazardous Materials Storage, Caliente Youth Center (25-S03-2 & 25-S06-3)
The Nevada State Public Works Division is soliciting bids for fire sprinkler system installation and hazardous-materials storage upgrades at the Caliente Youth Center's Administration and Pool Buildings in Caliente, Nevada (Projects 25-S03-2 and 25-S06-3). The contract scope includes full sprinkler system layout, fire-suppression device placement, hazardous-material storage compliance modifications, all labor and materials, testing, commissioning, as-built drawings, and warranty documentation. Estimated at roughly $375,000 with a 120-day contract period, the work must comply with Nevada prevailing-wage requirements (PWP #LI-2026-430) and is subject to liquidated damages of $200 per day for late completion.
