Fire And Security Alarm Panal Replacement At Valle RFP

Description: Fire alarm system (administration building): Remove obsolete panel, smoke, heat and duct smoke detectors. Leave existing wiring in place to be reused. Install new Fire Alarm Control Panel (BOSCH FPD-7024-LT). This panel is used throughout the park and parts are interchangeable for easy maintenance. The new panel will be installed in same location as the existing panel. This is located in the stairway landing of the second floor. The current security panel is located within the existing FACP and will need to be reinstalled as part of this project. The panel shall be no higher than 50-60 inches (1.27m-1524m) above the finished floor (AFF) per the ADA act. Replace with new seven (7) hardwired spot type addressable photoelectric smoke detectors. Use Bosch D283A (or approved alternate). These must be compatible with the new Bosch FACP. Reuse the existing wiring. Replace with new seven (7) heat detectors. Use Bosch D284 (or approved alternate). These must be compatible with the new Bosch FACP. Reuse the existing wiring. See attached file.
