Fire Alarm & Sprinkler System Annual Testing and Repair Services (RFB)

Texas Department of Transportation

Provide inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and fixed fire extinguishing systems including detection and extinguishing system components, extinguishing agents, suppression system components, stand pipes, hoses, and pumps.

California Department of State Hospitals

Perform fire alarm and signaling system testing, maintenance, repair, and certification services.

Jefferson Parish

Provide a three (3) year contract to perform the required annual fire alarm system testing; Perform one (1) functional fire alarm system tests per building. Perform two (2) Sensitivity test per building; Smoke/heat detectors shall be tested as per NFPA 72, 2019, or the latest edition; see attached file.
