Description: The City of Vergennes is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms or individuals to provide financial project management, funding administration, and compliance support for its wastewater system improvement project. The work covers budget and cash-flow oversight, USDA Rural Development and Vermont CWSRF reimbursement and disbursement administration, procurement and contract support, labor-standards coordination, reporting, audit support, and closeout.
