Description: Provide financial management services for veteran directed care program. The financial management services contractor must initially provide services to approx. 650 veterans. These services include: receiving referrals and spending plans from staff. Establishing and maintaining a culturally and linguistically competent customer service system. Acting as a mandated reporter. Developing a system to receive and distribute veterans affairs funds. Maintaining current and archived files for employers. See attached file.

The San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission (SJRRC) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide on-call Capital Program Management and Engineering Services under RFQ No. 27-R-10-00. The selected consultant will support SJRRC/SJJPA's Capital Project Program, which consists of multiple projects throughout the San Joaquin Valley developed under State funding (SB 1, SB 132) and a $500.5M TIRCP award for the Valley Rail Project. Services include project approval/environmental documentation, preliminary and final design (PS&E), right-of-way acquisition, construction management, and rail engineering staff augmentation over a five-year period.
