Financial Advisor (Request for Qualifications)

Financial Advisor: Provide the NPA with recommendations and guidance as to best practices for issuance of bonds and/or bond anticipation notes. Prepare Bond Resolutions or other documents related to issuance of bonds. Work with the NPA’s financial advisors, auditors, counsel, parking consultant or other professionals and staff to determine and implement the NPA’s bonding needs. Perform other specific Financial Advisor services as agreed to by the NPA and Financial Advisor. Experience with Bond Swaps.
