Seeking fiduciary partner to support development and administration of competitive funding opportunities for eligible, community applicants under Opioid Settlement Funds and Well Wayne "Community-Driven Health Funds". A designation is not required to apply for funding; however, the city will require Respondents to be designated as a Community Land Trust to be eligible for funding no later than 90 days from the time of award.
