Air Force Civil Augmentation Program (AFCAP) VI RFP
The AFCAP supports United States (U.S.) national interests and security objectives by providing rapid-response capabilities for contingency planning, deployment, training/equipping of forces, emergency/contingency construction, logistics/commodities, and services. These capabilities align with definitions in the DOD Dictionary of Military and Associated Terms. AFCAP provides a full range of Base Operating/Life Support (BOS/BLS) and logistical support on an as-required basis to support a wide spectrum of activities, including, but are not limited to: Major Theater War(s); Small Scale Contingencies; Irregular Warfare; responses to Violent Extremist Organizations (VEO); foreign assistance, developmental assistance, humanitarian assistance, and security assistance (including Foreign Military Sales); peacekeeping; counterinsurgency, counterdrug and counterterrorism operations.
