Work includes water to water heat pumps, condenser water piping inside the building except for the HDPE piping from the well field, hydronic piping except for the radiant slab manifolds and pipe, variable air volume units, the variable air volume air handing unit, and the associated HVAC controls are to be demolished. The existing closed loop ground source well field and associated piping are to be reused. Water to air heat pumps connected to the existing ductwork, and a water to water heat pump connected to the existing radiant slab heating system is to be provided to replace the existing system.
