Replace barn doors with overhead door.
Description: Demo two existing doorway openings. One storefront type and the second is a roll-up door with demo of existing controls, motor, conduit and wiring. Both areas shall have the existing concrete demo and repoured to drawing specifications. Contractor shall install two new double steel doors with removeable mullion, panic bars, hinges, door closers, weather stripping, door sweeps. Door frame shall have side light and transom of still, work to be prime and painted and incidental related work. Removing and replacing 4 refrigerator doors and 3 freezer door. Contractor to provide new doors in existing opening, contractor to repair walls and floor to facilitate the new replacement of door, door frame, door hardware for airtight seal of doors.
