FALKNER PARK RESTROOM BUILDING

Description: The Village of Youngstown, acting through its Village Board of Trustees, seeks sealed proposals from qualified, licensed general contractors to build a new single-story, ADA-compliant, wood-framed public restroom building with a vinyl siding exterior at Falkner Park. The work includes site, structural, architectural, plumbing, electrical, and site-improvement work, and attendance at a mandatory pre-bid site visit on November 16, 2026 is required. Sealed proposals must be received at the Village Clerk’s Office by January 13, 2027; the drawings, specifications, and bid forms are available from that office.
