Façade Renovation Project

This project consists of restoration of the exterior façade of the existing City Hall building including window replacement (and any associated interior trim replacement/repair), brick repair and tuckpointing, stone foundation tuckpointing, stone window and door surrounding exterior jambs, header, and sills repair and replacements as indicated, exterior column resurfacing and repair, clock tower façade siding, flashing, and trim repair/ replacement, painting, and some roof edge flashing replacement.
