Executive Leadership Training for Women Facilities - (Request for Quotation)

Description: Executive employee trauma-informed and women specific training: develop and deliver a comprehensive trauma-informed training program that is responsive to women s needs for executive leadership. This will include the design of a customized curriculum that addresses principles that are designed for incarcerated women and trauma-informed in correctional communication and management leadership strategies. This customized curriculum will include but is not limited to understanding woman-specific communication dynamics, recognizing trauma triggers and responses, effective communication strategies for supporting trauma survivors, and creating a safe environment.
