Such professional services or stamped plans shall be provided where required by the authority having jurisdiction, permitting agency, site conditions, proposed system design, or applicable law. Project: 1,Well repair/replacement. Existing well was originally dug in approx. 1950. Contractor to evaluate existing well and determine whether repair, rehabilitation, or complete replacement is appropriate. Bid should provide a complete, functional, code-compliant water supply system. Project 2: Well and related water supply work, Contractor to evaluate existing well and water supply conditions and provide the necessary repair, rehabilitation, or replacement work to establish a reliable residential water supply. Project 3: Well repair/replacement, Contractor to evaluate the existing well and water supply system and provide all necessary work to establish a reliable, functional residential water supply.
