Esoteric STAT Testing Services RFP

Description: Requires local laboratory testing services for it’s laboratories. The laboratory shall The laboratory shall be Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) accredited and in good standing with either the College of American Pathologists (CAP) or The Joint Commission (JC) and maintain full compliance with federal and state accreditations and organizational requirements. Contractor shall provide courier services and all necessary supplies, equipment, and transportation. See attached file.
