Equipment Relocation Services - (Request for Quotation)

Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the physical relocation of 15 equipment items from Buildings 605, 607, 651 (or 631), and 699 to Building 757. The contractor shall execute the physical relocation, adhering to all applicable Air Force safety regulations. Pre-Move Coordination - Verify with the Government POC that the electrical contractor has completed Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and disconnection prior to moving any hardwired equipment.- Inventory equipment prior to movement.
