OC Housing and Community Development and OC Community Resources released a 2026 Supportive Housing NOFA making up to $20.9 million available for the acquisition, construction, and rehabilitation of supportive housing for extremely low-income households. The initiative includes up to 100 project-based housing vouchers and requires projects to provide appropriate supportive services for those experiencing homelessness. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis through a sealed-bid process with a final deadline at the end of 2027.
