Monroe Street Water Main Improvements
Work will include but is not limited to the installation of approximately 1,850 linear feet of eight-inch (8”) and approximately 380 linear feet of six-inch (6”) DIP potable water mains, which includes the tie-in connection at the intersection of Bowden Street and Lakewood Avenue. This process will also consist of service connections, valves, fire hydrants, site restoration, paving, and related appurtenances. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 70 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed. The Township expects to issue a Notice to Proceed in September 2026 with an expectation of work to be completed prior to December 2026.
