Description: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards) published a Sources Sought (Notice ID NRC-NMSS-08102026-JC) to identify firms able to provide environmental review technical support under NEPA, including development/review of Environmental Assessments (EAs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) for nuclear materials licensing actions. Scope includes technical review, coordination, editing, support for ESA and NHPA consultations, support at public meetings and for adjudicatory proceedings, and coverage of technical disciplines such as land use, water resources, ecology, socioeconomics, environmental justice, and radiological/non-radiological health.
