General Planning Services (Request for Qualifications)
Providing a wide range of professional maritime port general planning or master planning activities on an on-call basis. Seeking qualified respondents / team of consultants to provide a broad range of professional planning, technical, financial, economic, transportation, analysis; environmental, regulatory, and sustainability support; project management and coordination; grant and proposal development; technical studies and data analysis; stakeholder and public engagement; high-quality graphics, mapping, and visualizations; staff augmentation and in-office support; and coordination with local, state, and federal agencies. Services may be provided on an on-call, as-needed basis to support current and future planning and development initiatives and activities.
