Environmental Health and Safety Services (Request for Qualifications)

The systematic process that studies, documents, and implements practical means to limit, mitigate, or remove sources of hazards, contamination, or nuisance to protect the environment and safety of employees and the public. It involves the effort and creation of data to inform rap of any physical, biological, or chemical hazards. Provide direction and procedures to comply with environmental regulations and reduce accidents and exposure to harmful situations and/or substances. Furthermore, it includes training of personnel in such activities as hazard awareness, accident prevention, accident response, emergency preparedness, and use of protective clothing and equipment.
