Enterprise Endpoint Support Services (EESS) Request for Information (RFI)

Provide and manage a next-generation Enterprise IT support services solution. This comprehensive solution must integrate a 24x7 Service Desk, advanced AI-enabled tools, efficient on-site deskside support, and complementary engineering, cybersecurity, and ITSM development resources.

The State of Maryland (through the Comptroller of Maryland, in coordination with the Department of General Services) is conducting market research to plan and develop a modern, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution to replace the legacy Financial Management Information System (FMIS). This notice is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes only and does not constitute an RFP, IFB, or commitment to acquire products or services. Vendor responses are due January 26, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time and must be submitted by e-mail as MS Word and/or PDF files; the notice instructs respondents not to submit price proposals and states the State will not pay costs of response.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued an RFI seeking technical and business information from vendors capable of providing advanced mass spectrometry systems (LC-MS/MS, high-resolution MS, and triple quadrupole ICP-MS) to support FDA regulatory and forensic laboratories. The RFI requests responses (not to exceed 20 pages) addressing technical capabilities, instrument specifications, pricing, service models, and experience supporting regulated laboratories, and includes multiple statements of work (SOW) attachments describing system requirements. Responses are voluntary, the government does not intend to award a contract from this RFI, and responses are due Feb 05, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST (15:00:00Z).

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Acquisition and Grant Services, issued an RFI on January 5, 2026 to conduct market research on advanced mass spectrometry systems for multiple FDA laboratories. The notice requests voluntary, non-binding technical and business information (responses limited to 20 pages) to inform future acquisition planning and lists requirements for four distinct instrument procurements for FDA facilities. Responses are due February 5, 2026 and should be submitted to Warren Jackson (warren.jackson@fda.hhs.gov); the RFI is informational and not a grant.
