Enterprise Backup, Recovery & Disaster Recovery Solution (RFP)

Description: Provide design, supply, implementation, and ongoing support of an enterprise-class Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery (BR/DR) solution. The solution must provide comprehensive data protection across ARC's hybrid environment, establish immutable backup storage, replicate protected data to an off-site cloud platform, and deliver recovery capabilities capable of meeting Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) measured in minutes. ARC is not seeking a Backup as a Service (BaaS) or Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) team to assume ongoing backup recovery or disaster recovery operations.
