Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) Commercial An/or Industrial Facilities Fort Lee, Virginia - (Request for Proposal)

Description: The EUL that would result from this RFP would be for the purpose of the selected Offeror designing, financing, permitting, developing, constructing, installing, owning, maintaining, operating, securing, and decommissioning commercial and/or industrial facilities (“Project”). Prior to expiration of the EUL, the Lessee will be required to restore the Properties to the condition they were in prior to execution of the EUL, with the exception of improvements constructed as in-kind consideration.
