Description: This active presolicitation seeks engineering support for product improvement, system and process engineering, system safety, in-service engineering, program management, and analytical and organizational assessment for next-generation CADs/PADs. NAVAIR, on behalf of the CAD/PAD JPO, intends to award a sole-source contract to Exodynamics under FAR 6.302-1; it is a contract opportunity rather than a grant and is not a request for competitive proposals, although capable firms may submit capability statements.
