Repair of one trane rtaa140 screw-compressor-type water chiller ("chiller #2" or "WC-2"), which is located on the rooftop of the dewatering and drying facility ("d&d facility", building 258). Such work shall include the following: drain the chiller’s two parallel cooling circuits of refrigerant/compressor oil. Recycle refrigerant for re-use in chiller #2 following repairs. Remove and dispose of chiller #2's screw compressors (total of two). Remove the corresponding electrical contactors (total of two) and deliver to the owner. Remove and dispose of all sheets of condenser coils and headers (total of four). Clean the shell-and-tube evaporator's heat exchange surfaces to remove scale and fouling. Clean refrigerant/oil leakage residue from components to remain. Install two new screw compressors, two new corresponding electrical contactors, and four new condenser coils with headers. Paint coil casings and headers to match existing. Replace the evaporator's insulation and gasket seals, two refrigerant filter/drier cores, and approx. 50' of gasket sealing on all electrical cabinet doors.
