Energy Conservation and Efficiency Services Program - RFP

New Hampshire Department of Education

Through the school energy efficiency development (seed) grant program, the department of energy (department) provides support and technical assistance to schools in small communities to implement energy efficiency projects and make necessary upgrades to their school buildings. The department intends to provide at least two grants to at least two schools for energy efficiency projects (projects) in 2025-2026. The department is seeking proposals from qualified professionals with expertise in energy efficiency projects and improvements to provide technical monitoring related to the projects.

City of San Ramon

Provide on-call energy efficiency consulting services (services) for performing investment grade energy audit (IGA) of existing city systems and facilities, evaluating and proposing applicable energy conservation measures, project management, coordination and other related work.

City of Fairburn

1) on-site inspections to inventory and evaluate existing building systems and equipment, including but not limited to, lighting, hvac systems, insulation, windows, doors, and appliances to identify opportunities for energy savings and efficiency improvements. 2) detailed review and assessment of past utility bills, operating data, and building usage to fully understand energy use patterns and establish energy performance baselines. 3) preparation of comprehensive reports outlining findings, recommended energy saving measures, estimated cost benefit analysis, return on investment, and environmental impact of proposed measures.
