End User Computing (EUC) Services

Description: Virginia IT Agency (VITA), on behalf of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is seeking a supplier to deliver enterprise-wide, next-generation End User Computing services for Virginia Executive Branch agencies and other public bodies. The scope includes managed secure support for supplier- and Commonwealth-owned or leased devices, device and software support, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, asset and financial tracking, and optional value-added services. VITA anticipates a single award but reserves the right to make multiple or no award, with responses due September 30, 2026.
