Employee Engagement Survey and Organizational Action Planning Service RFP

Description: The City of Houston Human Resources Department requests proposals for an enterprise-wide employee engagement survey and organizational action planning services to support its Involve & Evolve (I&E) program, increase participation, and strengthen communication and post-survey action planning. The selected vendor will deliver a data-driven survey program and partner with City leadership to drive measurable organizational improvements across departments. The City intends to award one contract for a three-year initial term with two one-year renewal options (maximum five years).
