Employee Benefits Consulting Services

Description: The City of Maricopa seeks a broker of record to support the solicitation, selection, implementation, and oversight of its employee group health benefits program, including medical, dental, prescription, vision, life/AD&D, disability, stop loss, and other voluntary benefits for employees and dependents. The selected consultant will provide strategic guidance on designing and negotiating cost-effective benefits, help the City meet regulatory requirements including the Affordable Care Act, and identify strategies to manage risk and control costs. The benefits plan year begins July 1, and services are expected to begin January 1, 2027, under a one-year contract with options for annual renewal.
