Summary
Deliver structured, end-to-end advisory support to businesses across the three tracks—launching new employee or worker-owned entities, transitioning existing eligible businesses to employee or worker ownership models, and stabilizing or scaling existing EWO businesses within or into Los Angeles County. Services shall include conducting intake consultations and readiness assessments; developing individualized TA workplans; implementing educational cohorts; providing feasibility assessments; financial and governance planning, HR and operational guidance, and post-transition support; and coordinating specialized subcontractors such as legal, financial, and organizational development experts.
