Description: Provide emergency power and switchgear. The services required include upgrading reprogramming the HMI and the underlying PLC logic, upgrading hardware, testing and documenting field tests of new logic, correcting local/remote indicator lights, and developing, documenting, and providing system restoration software/hardware/licenses and recovery implementation methods needed to back up and restore the power controls system.
